    Saudi inflation at its lowest level in 14 months


     



    The inflation rate rose in KSA to 3.1% at the end of November last year, compared with 3 per cent in October last year, despite the rise in the last month, but the rate of inflation over the past month remains the second lowest level of inflation in the 14 months since October 2012, it was the lowest level recorded during that period, inflation in the month of October last year, when a record 3 per cent. The General index of the cost of living in Saudi Arabia to 128.2 points in November, compared with 131.3 points on the same month last year, compared with 116.16 points in October of this year, up 0.3 percent on a monthly basis.



     





    According to the monitoring unit reports in the newspaper 'economic', the inflation rate stood at 3.9 percent in the first three months of this year, then increased to 4 per cent in April, the highest rate in the current year, then dropped to 3.8 percent in may, then to 3.5 percent in June, rose to 3.7 percent in July, down to 3.5 per cent in August Last year, 3.2 percent in September, and 3 per cent in October. Inflation on an annual basis, following the long rise and home furnishing Department and maintenance 7.1 per cent and tobacco by 6 percent, and food and beverage section 5.4 per cent, as well as the Health Division rose 3.8 percent, and education section 3.7 percent, while Department of housing, water, electricity, gas, and other fuels by 3.5 per cent. Saw sections of the recreation and culture, communications, restaurants and hotels, the varying heights were 3.3 per cent and 2.7 per cent and 1.7 per cent respectively.
    Three sections of the main sections of the cost-of-living index in standard indicators for the month of November last year, led by CTO 1.4 percent, miscellaneous goods and services by 1.3 percent, clothing and footwear at 0.8 percent. Either on a monthly basis, economic reports, unit height of the eight sections of the main components of the cost-of-living index in standard indicators, namely, tobacco Department which increased by 5.0 percent, the Department of communications by 0.9 per cent, and the food and beverage section by 0.6 percent, and clothing and footwear by 0.5 per cent.

    And furnishing and fittings section and maintenance increased by 0.4 percent, housing, water, electricity, gas and other fuels by 0.2 percent, the Department of health promotion and culture by 0.1 per cent. With a record of two types of main categories of cost-of-living index, a decline in the standard indicators, namely restaurants and hotels by falling 0.5 percent and miscellaneous goods and services by 0.1 percent, while the transportation sections remained, teaching at the previous prices without any change little relative.
